Measles outbreaks in Europe spreading. How to stop the virus?

We have been seeing outbreaks of measles occurring in many European countries, particularly in Western Europe. Quite strange you may think, but vaccination efforts have been much more intense and effective in Eastern Europe. Luckily, people (that is children) that do get the Measles jab, are protected against this disease. And do not think it is harmless disease. People die from it! How to convince antroposophic and other opponents?

I find it unacceptable that parents decide based on dubious reasons not to prtect their children against diseases that are potentially life threatening or crippling and preventable by just one or two jabs. Who has good experience in convincing these groups to enter discussion and be convinced vaccinations are safe, beneficial for their children and cheap.
