Brilliant! If only more doctors would tackle these issues head on and could do it with a healthy dose of good humour.
They should give doctors CME credits for spending time on this kind of public outreach. Actually, some universities required all academics to do some kind of local community engagement in their area of expertise. It really helps the rest of the public to view scientists, doctors and researchers as real people. It restores that most precious of commodities: trust
